Executive Director
Dr. Scott R. Lillibridge is a professor of epidemiology and assistant dean with the Texas A&M Health Science Center School of Rural Public Health located in Houston.

Deputy Director
Harrison Lobdell III – known as “H” – graduated from the United States Military Academy in 1969 and served 30 years as a regular Army officer, rising to the rank of colonel.
